How custom production works
Four stagesStage one
Brief
Send the room, the size and the palette. Drawings, moodboards or a single photograph are enough to start.
Stage two
Sample
We weave a physical sample at full pile in your colours. Nothing goes into production before you have held it.
Stage three
Weaving
Knotted by hand on a dedicated loom, at 10/32 density for most ranges. This is the part that cannot be hurried.
Stage four
Delivery
Finished, washed, inspected and shipped with full export documentation to the project address.
